New to My Fitness Pal.....

Hi! This is my first week on MFP and so far it’s going well. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. by the summer.

I enjoy exercising and do it pretty frequently. The area that I struggle with is my diet. I try to eat healthy, but I have a sweet tooth and love candy, ice cream, any kind of sweets. Any who, I hope that by journaling my food intake, I will take responsibility for what I eat and lose those stubborn 20 lbs. I want to wear a two piece bikini again! Add me if you’d like - I am hoping to make new buddies! There is strength in numbers!!! :smile:

    trust me its very difficult at first but you just gotta find a way to ween yourself off the sweets!! you can def get into bikini for summer!
