Total gym

Hi...does anyone use total gym instead of going to the gym? I am doing cardio every morning. Around 45 mins...but my husband wants me to use the total gym instead of going to the gym...suggestions? I have a bad low back...

    I just got my Total Gym. I love it! I say use what you got and save your cash for new clothes! :)

    I use to have a total gym, I hardly ever used it. I have a Jillian Michaels Ultimate Body Shop that's similar to a Total gym, it just sits outside in the garage. I find that free weights are better for me.
