Tendonitis + Craving High Intensity Cardio

Hey all,

I just learned that I have tendonitis behind my knee and am not allowed to run for two weeks. Unfortunately, for the next two weeks I'll be out of town with no access to an elliptical trainer or a bike (my usual fallbacks for cardio when injured). I know that after 24 hours I'm going to be craving some high intensity cardio (I love fast runs and am a big fan of Insanity), but my tendonitis means no running, jogging, or jumping/plyo exercises.

Any ideas? Youtube workouts especially would be appreciated. Anything that doesn't involve fast pushing off of the knee, but that will still get my heart rate way up for awhile. :)
