Am I addicted, and if so is that so bad?

Hello everyone,
I would love to first give you a bit of background info about me. I am 29 years old and have lost 63 lbs in a span of a year and 6 months. I am currently attempting to get rid of those last 10 lbs to hit my goal. I have been working out everyday and sometimes forget to take off days until my body reminds me it needs a break. I have been taking classes such as boxing, yoga, HITT, cross fit, among others at this awesome gym I joined. I take different classes during the week (those mentioned) and I also take a pole fitness class 3 times a week. I am pretty much working out about 10 times a week, but I really do not consider the pole classes a workout because I do those for pure fun. I am eating about 1600-1700 calories per day, and when I burn more than 1,000 calories with the workouts (according to my HRM) I tend to eat more. I am not frustrated with my progress or even unhappy, and I feel so much stronger.
I keep hearing from everyone around me that I am doing too much and I need to slow down. I take a rest day when I really feel like I need it. I took a rest day yesterday after realizing I had not had one in 12 days, but in those 12 days sometimes I only did pole class so I didn't feel that was too hardcore. So am I addicted? If I am why is that a bad thing? I don't think I am not listening to my body. Maybe I need to really look at my food choices to have more energy for all these things I am doing.
Thanks for any input

Even if you are there are a lot worse things to be addicted to! Just listen to your body and you'll most likely be fine0
