Starting back again....

Hi everyone!
I haven't used MFP for a long time and I knew it was time to get back into shape. My injury finally healed and I have been able to start lifting weights again to build some much needed muscle mass.
Since I started being more active again, I have made some bad food choices but have also been getting stronger. I assume that's why I have gained since my last posts. I have noticed that my metabolism has been slowing down this past year and eating right just isn't enough. I just need to get more motivated and add activity that is rewarding after a long day's work.
I am glad to start this program again and get on track. Anyway, I'm just chatting away...I know that this community is great and I look forward to these next few months. Any advice for a woman who wants to kick-start a really active lifestyle again?
