yes.....i lost !

Well this is my 3rd weigh in and i lost 4 pounds. I am trying to do 3 things every day and im sure it has helped.

1--I never go over my calorie allowance
2--I walk for an hour every day (thats if it not thunder and lightning LOL)
3--I drink 2 litres of water a day, and im sure this is what is heping me the most !

Roll on next week

    That is awesome and so motivating!!! I hope I have good results on Friday too.
