Hello everyone! I am 22 yrs old and 3 months postpartum with my first child! I am in the military so I work out M-F for an hour each day.. I just bought some Oxyelite Pro and took my first pill this morning - WOW ive never ran 5 miles so easily. I just wanted to get other peoples input on this diet pill. Thanks in advance!

Never heard of it. However most diet pills are not much more than a really high dose of caffiene. And a little bit of caffiene before a workout can help increase the intensity of your workout. Probably cheaper to have a cup of coffee or some tea.

In general, stay away from diet pills. At worst they are hazardous to your health. At best, they're a waste of money.

Congrats on the 5 miles, that's great!
