So for my sons first bday (far left), I weighted 310 pounds. His second bday (middle), I weighted 180 pounds. Lastly, for his 3rd bday (far right - this past january), I weighted 195.

I have managed to keep most of the weight off and add on a few pounds in muscle but I am still gaining weight due to me having slowed down my workouts and my eating habits not being up to par. I have began running 5ks, which is a big step for me because I grew up with asthma and was always restricted to the amount of running I was allowed to do. I am doing the Warrior Dash in two months and I feel I should be in better shape for that.

This is me asking you, everyone, to help me in continuing my healthy ways. I have lost touch with MyFitnessPall and I had not checked in a while. Everyone I had as friends are gone from the site. Where they went I don't know. Maybe they deleted me. Anyway, I hope to run a marathon some day but I am taking it slow. I am trying to get down to anywhere in the 160 to 170 range, with some amount of muscle, I hope.

So here I am, lets make this happen. Please encourage me and I will do the same. You can add me to be your friend and we can encourage one another throughout this jouney. Lets gettir done!

PS. I do not know how to put photos on here. I put a link and will try to put a image after this but no promises

Fixed it for you (I think...) Great job on the loss! You may have gone astray a little, but you kept off most of the weight for a whole year (or more?), you should still be proud of yourself. =) Feel free to add!
