30 Day Shred

Hey,

So I'm on day one of the 30 Day Shred. I am just wondering at what point during the programme did people start to see/feel a change? I'm pretty much at my goal weight now, looking to start toning up. How much of a change can I expect if I am giving it 110% every workout?
