You heard right!!! Ok so here is what you need, I made these this morning and they were delicious!
Main Ingredients:
-6 oz of your favorite Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- scant 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- few dashes of salt
- your favorite sweetner (I used two packets of Stevia in the Raw)
Optional Ingredients:
- half scoop or in my case 13 grams of whey protein
- 1/4 cup of skim
Begin by mixing the yogurt and egg together in one bowl it is creamy. It should be a pale yellow color. Then add the vanilla extract and mix that in with the egg and yogurt combo
Next in a separate bowl mix all of dry ingredients together
Once that is done add your liquidy vanilla, egg, and yogurt combination to the dry ingredients and stir. Once stirred the batter should be very thick at this point this is what you want. However, if you believe it is too thick now is the time to add that skim milk of yours. Also if you want more protein in your pancakes add your favorite protein powder now!
Once the batter is done pour your mixture onto a heated pan or griddle. Cook until the pancakes bubble on one side then flip them. Cook until golden brown and you are ready to serve them!!! I ate mine this morning with honey, tomorrow I might try serving it with so fresh fruit or put some Biscoff on top. Your choice! Enjoy!!

Um, marry me? I know it could never work, I know we're both in happily committed relationships, and I know there's a distance aspect, but by god, you make pancakes!0

I make a similar pancake batter with 1 cup oats, 6 oz Greek yogurt (apple cinnamon Chobani is my fave), 6 egg whites, 2tsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla, blended up in a blender. We make them every Thursday for pancake day.0

I make these as a regular staple to my morning meal. They are so good. I usually cut the receipe in half though. This is based on a serving for two. They are so yummy, and since I started making these I don't even want regular pancakes.0

I'm going to try it at this weekend, :-P0
