Plateau stage! help!

I am now starting to slow down on my weight loss as well as sometimes gain some weight like this morning. I vary my diet and exercise routine so my body is always guessing. Don't really know if I should just push thru it, or change something!

  • Changing it up is always a good idea =D Keep in mind though muscle weighs more than fat! And more muscle is a good thing. That could be it. Also check your sodium intake. And unfortunately you are a girl like me, lol our bodies have "the curse" which causes fluctuation every month! Sucks! Also keep in mind the closer you get to your goal weight the harder it's going to be because your body is getting healthier. Just keep making smart choices and exercising =D Getting healthy takes time girl keep fighting!!!

    You don't actually confuse your body, and you don't need to constantly change your exercise and diet. Weight can fluctuate daily if it's water weight. Try taking measurements and progress pictures once a month. Also, add sodium to your diary if you don't already track it. And be consistent with measuring food portions (with a scale) and don't eyeball portions.
