    Have you tried the usual forum advice of upping your calories and doing 5x5 or NROL4W?

    It was a joke, these are the answers to almost every other thread.

    Personally, where I come from, jeans only come in sizes short and fat or tall and thin, so it sucked to be a tall fat guy.
