Grapes?

I love grapes. Enough said. I know they're a more sugar-y fruit, but, I love them. And I have them almost daily.
My problem is: all the options for tracking [green] grapes are all over the place, some low in cal, some high... and I have no idea how to figure out the "most accurate" one to use for logging. Because I eat them frequently, I want to make sure I'm tracking it effectively... and maybe then I won't eat so many lol.
Any suggestions? :flowerforyou:

Type in "Grapes Raw" to get the USDA entry, it doesn't have a star next to it. The using your food scale, measure out the serving of grapes you are going to have in grams. Use the 100g entry and input how much you will eat.0
