After initially starting out fairly well on here a year ago and losing 2stone, I now have massively fallen off the wagon. I'm (shamefully) writing this whilst eating chocolate biscuits.
I would reeeeeeeeeeeally like to see some before/during or before/after pictures, particularly people around my height (5'6'') to give me the boost to get back on track.
Thanks in advance :)

    I'm 23YO, 5' 6"
Started at 181.5lbs on Jan 1, currently 167lbs (so this goes to show you how 15lbs or less makes a huge difference).
Went from 40% body fat in my first photo to 25% body fat. I've gone from a size 16 (first pic) to a size 6 pants

I'm 33 years old and just under 5'7". I dabbled around on MFP all fall, bouncing between a few pounds. I started tracking every day January 2, 2013, weighing 153. Here's progress pics at 6 weeks and 10 pounds- I was amazed I could feel so much better so quickly. I eat at only a small deficit and net 1500-1600 per day. It's been another month- I need to take more photos!

Wish I had some pics for you--I'm terrible at managing photos.

Anyway, I'm 5'6, older than you (48), and I started MFP around January 10 of this year. My starting weight was 158. At today's weigh-in, I broke into the 130s (139.0, to be precise). Pants size has dropped from a tight, muffin-top inducing size 12 to a roomy size 10. Shirts, from a large to medium. My old belts fit! To top it off, my somewhat frequent headaches have almost vanished.

You did this last year, you can do it again!
