Motivators Wanted!

HI!

I have been using the website for a week. Love it!! I've been working out with a trainer twice a week and working on my eating habits with her. However, I have 100+ pounds to loose so I know I am going to need support along way. I am a great cheerleader myself and always open to sharing my hints and tips with other.

  • everyone here is a great motivation! if you are looking for other outlets too i recommend searching #fitfam in twitter. there are TONS of fitties there who are bettering themselves health and fitness wise. :)

    You will surely find the support you need on this site.

    What has been helpful for me is to focus on 10 pounds at a time. Getting out of the 170's is now my mini goal. When I hit the 160's I will reward myself with something special and non food related!

    Set mini goals for yourself whether related to weight loss OR fitness achievements.

    It can be a difficult road at times but the positive energy that comes from this site can truly lift you and move you forward.
