no weight lose

i have not lost anything since last week feeling like its not worth it now but it is i am sticking to 1200 cals a day and walk for 1 hour what more shall i do???

i work 7-5 sitting at the desk, so anything to help lose more weight and tone up

i wanna be size 10-12 atm the mo i am size12-14

    What can you do? Think about being healthy and stop stressing the numbers. Size means nothing in women's clothing. Pounds aren't the answer either. It's health. Share your diary with folks to let the MFP members help you make sure you are eating healthily. And then, stop worrying about the numbers. If you eat right, exercise often, and are healthy, then you may stay at a higher size but it may be right for you.

    The other thing you can do is get educated about diet and exercise. That way you are in control of what you do and your results will naturally follow. At 24, "The World is Your Oyster."
