I think it is a piece of squash. I use to make my eggs on vegetables.

it's zuchini and I have to agree, it doesn't look that appetizing to me either. I'm sure it's yummy though, the ingredient list is nice!

I thought it looked delicious! :huh: Mine turned into more of a Spanish Egg Scramble, but it was really tasty. I don't like and didn't have any zucchini though.
