I'm going to be hosting an accountability group for my BUSY customers that have tons of excuses about not having enough TIME to workout. We're going to doTony Hortons 10 minute trainer... I'm SO excited for this group!!! Has anyone tried it out and acheived awesome results?!

Nope..
I'm very busy.. I just threw out the excuses and worked everything into my scheudle. My apartment gets cleaned less often.. but everyone in my life is happier.
Change begins when excuses stop. If you have an excuse not to go to the gym, you will have one not to do this as well.

The only way to get results is to make the time. For me, it means 3 days a week, instead of an extra hour of sleep, I hit the gym. It's worth it too, because it gives me time to workout things in my head as well as make sure I'm doing what I need to do to be healthy!0

I so AGREE! Thats why I'm excited for this group! I just think that for the people that will give you excuse after excuse that they cant do that... they can't back out of 10min a day and then that turns into results and habits then onto bigger and better things like a full workout when they can... I'm SO stoked!0
