Phase 1 (Finger's Crossed)

Hello MFP family, well where do I start, since my surgery and additional foot injury, I've been grounded and have attempted to gradually get back on track. However things have been really chaotic for me and I've been messing up big time. I put on a significant amount of weight back on and it has me going bananas! Especialy because of my exericse limitations.

I set a goal date of April 1, 2013 to see if I can attempt to do some light jogging again but it will all depend on the pain level. I really want to do at least a mile if I can depending on my level of pain and of course my stamina. Before my injury a few months ago, I was doing 50/60 miles a week. So that is incentive for me knowing that I once was there and hopefully I can get back to that type of regiment.

Second Phase control my eating portions and choose the right and healthy foods.
