I'm over by almost 600 cals today (rarity!) I'm a little hungry but I don't want to ruin my day! I'm thinking some greek yogurt with fruit as a kind of 'sundae dessert' sounds really good. probably won't be 600 cals but it will get me closer.

What would you do with 600 cals??

do you mean you need another 600 to reach your daily target?

I'd look at something like a peanut butter and banana smoothie/milkshake!

Is it evening time where you are? I'm not a big fan of eating sugars including fruit later in the day..just a personal thing. I'd go for cottage mixed with tuna, then maybe if i'm still hungry a big glass of skim chocolate milk. Eating a little protein before bed is an excellent way to keep your metabolism on fire while you sleep.

I beleive you'll find just as many people saying it is OK as you will saying it's NOT.

    Who knows for sure.

All in all I think moderation is the key: don't gorge yourself at night and don't make a habit of high cal snacks, but if you're hungry, genuinely hungry, eat something.
