30 Day Burn-Calories burnt???

So I'm trying to do the 30 Day Burn and not sure how to enter it as an exercise on MFP or to just have an idea in general. Anyone have any ideas for this?

I did NOT make it through the entire video, but I am also NOT giving up. Today, my first try, I made it 12 mins into the level 1 video. I then did another 15 mins of pilates to finish off my exercise time. I have arthritis and many of the moves hurt quite badly after just a short time. I know this will get better the longer I work at it, but anyone else out there dealing with arthritis and exercise? I'd love some tips. My issues are in my neck (severe) and in my hands and knees (mild to moderate).

    Most people put it under circuit training. I think a whole video burns around 340 calories which doesn't seem like much but people get good results

    I tried again, but this level of cardio just isn't happening for me. 43, arthritic, and not worried about having rock hard abs is leaving me out of this one. I'm still exercising though, that will not stop. Aerobic stairstepping, jogging, and walking for now. Looking at an elliptical for the long haul too.

    I am curious what the 30 day burn is? I am doing the 30 day shred right now, and am wondering if this is also by Jillian Michaels?

    I hope you find some form of exercise that is easier on you. Have you tried yoga?
