I am unsure what to do?!?

So my doctor would like me to lose about 2 lbs a week to get to her goal of 180 lbs. I put my goals as sedentary for at my job I am either on my feet all day or sitting at my desk and I never know what day I will have for it is all up to my patients and if the doctors send me any or not for blood draw. I also put 0 workouts a week for I am not sure when or if I can get a workout in or even what to count as a workout?!? Should I be counting my house cleaning as a workout? besides my normal cleaning we are moving my parents out and remodling the home!?!?!

In the MFP setting says i should only eat 1230 cals a day. I have heard some good but mostly bad about a 1200 cal plans. this is why I am unsure what to do so PLEASE help!!
