ok so having struggling with loosing the last 8 lbs i've read up and decided to up my calories this week while exercising more, i've started the shred and i'm only on day 4 today but i find myself feeling incredibly bloated like my upper tummy feels really heavy its hard to explain...just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this or could offer advice?
I'm worried now perhaps i shouldn't have upped my intake, i'm usually between 1300 and 1400, i'm 5ft3 and 124lbs and looking to get down to around 116lbs i suppose, any advice would be much appreciated. Figure i'm going to have to go back and re-work bmr and tdee again though.

This ALWAYS happens to me when I start working out after not having done it for awhile. I get super fat after I exercise and hold on to water weight like crazy, especially after strength training. Basically, it's your muscles retaining water. I'm 5'4" 135 and trying to lose the last 10-15 lbs. I'd go back and rework your bmr and tdee. The weightloss is very slow for me because I have a bmr of about 1400 and a tdee of like 1650 when I don't work out :-/
Give your new exercise regime a week or two, your body will adjust and release the water weight.0 -

Hey thanks for your advice guessing a lot of it is water weight going to stick out doing the shred and see how i feel at the end of it, certainly feeling better mindset anyway...also my tdee is near enough around that when i don't work out its very difficult to loose the last few lbs i find im fluctuating a good between the last few to loose, going to back and rework my numbers tonight!
