New and need some help

I still have 329 cals, 47 carbs and 23 fats to use today. Any good choices out there to finish off the night?

I normally do not go to bed for another 3 hours or so.

    I like to have a skim milk smoothie or a bowl of raisin bran if I have that many left over calories. I only eat them if I am still hungry. If you have trouble getting them in try adding peanut butter to breakfast or lunch. :drinker:

    I like to drink Atkins Strawberry shakes at night , they are yummy.
