calorie goal

how do i lower my calorie goal... and is it a good idea to do that? they have me at 1980 right now. and i dont see a difference

I think you have to change your activity level like from active, light active sedentary something like that0

You can change the amount of weight that you would like to lose each week and that should lower your daily calories.
Or
Click on My Home and then select Goals. Once on the goals page select the "Change Goals" button. From there you can select that you would like to use custom goals and then you can set your own calorie levels and other information.

You may want to be extra careful with your measurements. I know when I eyeball things I always think there's less on the plate than there actually is. Also, make sure you count the little things that you normally forget (cooking spray, gum, condiments, etc).0
