What You Think Shake Before or After?

Hey guyz, What you think? Protein Shake before or After you workout? I've tried both an Really dont feel a difference, No headaches or Stomach aches or anything. So what one is better for you over all?

    I say, do whatever you feel strongly about. Meal timing and the like has no secret recipe :wink:

    I'm not sure it's going to make or break you either way. I'd say before if you struggle with energy levels during your workout, after if you don't.
