    NOTHING!
    YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL.

    this
  • All the time I would have spent sitting on the couch stuffing my face with Cheetos.
  • I am giving up using food as a source of comfort when I am sad or stressed out.

    I 100% agree

Absolutely nothing, its not about giving up, its about learning how and when to eat.. You STILL can enjoy everything you like!

I have just given up the quantity of food I eat. I am with the "don't deprive yourself" philosophy, so I still eat what I want just a whole lot less of it :)

    ^^^ this for me too

I gave up being sedentary and overeating. I got new things in my life that I love, like weight lifting and exercise generally. I gave up quite a lot of flab, and got stronger muscles and a healthier body. I gave up the health risk associated with carrying too much flab around my waist. I got a lot more energy. And I still eat all the foods I really, really like, just in moderation now.
