Feeling Guilty

I'm feeling guilty about my lunch...bummer. How can I get myself motivated when I get home after 5 pm???

First of all.......stop feeling guilty ! You ate it, it's done, and you have the opportunity to do better next time. Just be mindful and make better choices from now on.0

So you ate something that you regret, no big deal. Limit the impact by having a healthier dinner. If you go over, so what, it is just one day. One day will not destroy what you are trying to do. I approach things that there is no such thing as off limit foods. When I choose to eat something that is less than healthy, the rest of my meals are extremely healthy. Always keeping the overall calories in mind even when I step outside the healthy choices. Be healthy the majority of the time and it will all workout in the long run.0
