Can someone explain? Am I defeating my efforts with "nets" in the negative?

    If you're talking about the "net" MFP tells you...... it's extremely bad if that's negative. Yes.

    Negative net basically would be you laying around all day eating absolutely nothing. Or in other words starving yourself. Please try to eat more
