Lower sodium food suggestions

Because I always seem to be bloated, I would like to lower my salt intake. I don't need to eliminate it, but I would like to be under the 2500 more than twice a month.
It seems everything I eat has a ton of sodium in it. I mean really, the cottage cheese has almost twice the amount as a serving of potato chips. How is that even possible?
I'm not having a problem keeping my calories in check, but I think the sodium is going to do me in. What are some good lower sodium options, that aren't a vegetable?
Thanks!

Processed food tends to have a ton of sodium so when possible buy fresh and cook yourself0

In all honesty, from your diary it looks like you eat a lot of deli meat for lunches and snacks. It'll take a bit more time, but try cooking chicken the night before and putting it in the fridge for your sandwiches. Also check the sodium levels on your bagels (? I don't completely recognize the brand you're using) - it may be a similar brand is somewhat lower in sodium.0
