Am I doing this right?

I feel like I am eating SOOOO much. I am trying to eat my alotted calories for the day but it's really hard. I used to do
Weight Watchers so I know you are supposed to eat your calories. But is this right? This is sooo much food.

Help?

Also, if I exercise and track it it adds those calories back in to my total. I wanna lose weight so should I not add those in? I don't know.
