I feel like I am eating SOOOO much. I am trying to eat my alotted calories for the day but it's really hard. I used to do
Weight Watchers so I know you are supposed to eat your calories. But is this right? This is sooo much food.
Help?
Also, if I exercise and track it it adds those calories back in to my total. I wanna lose weight so should I not add those in? I don't know.

Well you've lost 3 lbs doing this so far, it must be right. I think its about the quality of the food, not the quanity that can mess up our weight.. Your eating clean, healthy food and it seems to be working. :flowerforyou:0
