Knowledge isn't always power...

I'm just in a slump. We went TDY, and I fell off... hard. Little exercise, southern food, and enough alcohol to drown a fish.

So I need to get back on... I know this. I know how to eat healthy, I have great workout routines that I love, and I have a job that means I HAVE to workout.

Help me find my motivation, because everything is coming up meh... I just don't have anything that I am looking forward to, because I keep telling myself I'll never make it in time, so I give up before I start. Pull a TI on my *kitten* and kick my rear into gear!

ETA: I am not as unmotivated as I sound, but all my workout buddies have punked out on me, my husband is extremely unsupportive because with every pound I lose, he feels worse and worse about himself, and swimsuit season is looming down and freaking me out!

    Feeling better now... Hubby said he would set up our elliptical (we just moved, so it is still buried in boxes). He even said he wants to start working out! he has said it before, but hopefully it will stick this time...

    Now I just have to get him to realize that veggies lose their power when they are paired with a lot of pasta and drenched in alfredo sauce....
