Ive been pretty successful with that theory thus far. It has proven to be right time and again.
I will never understand why a woman would neglect her body.. Men.. well we're expected to be dirty, to a degree.
But when women are.. its just shocking.

LOL, I wasn't worried. Chipped polish is a pet peeve of mine, so I just don't even bother. I'd rather have nude nails than bad polish.

Usually some shade of red or dark pink....I don't want to look like a 7 year old with baby pink toes. But I always get pedi's, never paint them myself, always get the little design. Oh in the summer I'll something get neon green or pink0 -
