Eating for your blood type

Does anyone eat for their blood type? How is it working? I am 75 percent eating for mine and feeling so much better than I was. I am just nervous of putting a label on anything if it is not true. Like"eating for my blood type". I would be interested to hear other peoples experiences. I understand you should eat anything as long as you don't have issues with it, but I am allergic to eggs, and banana's, and sensitive to gluten. So I am looking for anything that helps!
Thanks in advance!!

As long as you eat to fit your macros and calorie goal you can do whatever gimmicky thing you want.0

I actually don't follow anything currently. I just dive into things with both feet and this info came up in one of my many attempts to looking for healthier ways of eating. I appreciate the reply. I am going to continue doing what I have been doing. I changed my diet in January and the only thing I haven't modified is dairy. I think I eat ok, so I will continue to do so.

My mom did this, lost about 50 pounds through calorie restriction (since she was no longer allowed to eat brownies etc) and then got sick of the bizarre restrictions and ate her way to over 300lbs seemingly overnight.0
