how early do you all stop eating for the day I find my self to stop at 900pm is that to late?

    My schedule pretty much dictates that i eat dinner at 8:30 or 9 PM...I go to bed at 10...I've lost 30 Lbs and counting.

    Whenever I fall asleep. And sometimes I eat when I wake up to go pee in the night, too.

    It doesn't matter when you eat. Timing/frequency has no bearing on weight loss, it is merely personal preference.

    I don't have a cut off point. At the end of the day it's the amount of calories you eat, not the time you eat them, that matters. I find saving a few calories for a snack later on means I don't feel deprived and avoids any possible binges. It also gives me some fuel for an early morning run, if I want (usually just a cup of coffee before heading out - breakfast when I get back).

    It's currently 10pm here and I'm eating a meringue nest with a cup of tea (well, it is Friday and it's only 50 calories!).

    Depends what time you go to bed... I usually try to have 2 hours after my last meal/snack before I go to bed. Gives time to digest before you go into hibernation mode for the night

    Depends on the day for me. Tuesday night was really bad for me becaus eI sing and after my gig was over was my first meal since about 12 PM for which I had a peanut butter and banan sandwich. When I say starving, I was but not enough to eat everything on my plate. I ate dinner after 11:00 PM that night. Hard not to when you work late, you know. I guess it depends on the activity you will do afterwards. If you eat and go right to sleep, your body might hold it and you gain from it. Yeah, I guess the earlier the better.

    I work overnights. So I eat at night sleep during the day still losing weight.
