Home renovations, help with calories

We are busy for the next two weeks with sanding, priming and painting our walls and ceiling..oh good times:laugh: So far my day consists of sanding and rolling primer onto the walls for about 5 hours. It is not overly strenous but I am tired by the end of the day. I work at a bit of a leisurely pace since I am still recovering from back surgery and the pain has been bad.
I don't see anything in the database for home renovations but I added 400 extra calories to my day. Does this seem right? I can't help but feel a bit guilty that I am eating more because I am not used to having the extra calories every day.

My stats
31 years old
5" 3.5'
157 pounds

I have my calorie level set at 1400 To lose about .7 pound a week. I am sedentary except for daily walks as I am partially disabled but I do my best to stay busy
