How to figure out personal MET level?!?

Question to my Bodymediafit friends. I think the METS level is to high for myself where i have COPD the chances of me ever hitting what they call vigorous activity is very slim. Does anyone know how i can figure out what a good level for the METS to be for me? Hope this makes sense

    How long have you been using BFM? The longer you use it, the better it gets to know you. If you have only been on it a few days, leave the MET's alone, and keep using it. It will start to learn you and how you burn. I know over the past 3 weeks it has changed a lot for me, and I can now more easily achieve Vigorous activity!
