hi. I'm 18 years old , 5'7 and about 134 lbs. Im skinny fat (you can see my ribs) but I have stubborn belly fat that will not move and not alot of muscle tone. I want to shape up by the 20th of June as I'm going to Dominican Republic then. I plan to continue a healthy lifestyle and working out-I'm not looking for any crash diets but I want to be in resonably good shape by this date. I started clean eating this week and plan to continue it and I will start the gym on monday. I need a program to follow though. I have the new rules of lifting for women book, but I don't know if its good for extreme newbies like me-I have no concept of proper form, not to mention the fact that I'm super weak. The other free program that I see get mentioned alot if Jamie Eason's Livefit trainer and I don't know if this would be a better choice? Or what would you recommend to really transform my body during this short time?

I love 5/3/1. Had great grains and got my squat up to 225lbs.0 -
I Love the Michelle Khai Kettlenetics Dvd's and they come with the starter Kettlebell so its a great value. She is a very good teacher and good at explaining things. I had been doing lots of cardio and it wasn't till I started that one that I noticed alot more loss off my stomach. And I like the Crunch Total Resculpt with Kendall Hogan that one has a 2 part workout the first part focuses on all lower body with Dumb bell weights and then the 2nd part is all upper body. That one has great excercises especially in the hips and legs some really good ones. And the Jari Love ones are awesome. The Get Extremely Ripped 1000 is an awesome workout but its a hard workout you will definently feel it but is worth it.0
