Need exercise suggestions to shape my waist

OK, I've lost 90 lbs. & I still have about 22 to go before I reach the upper end of my normal weight range. I will probably stay there, or maybe go a little lower--between 135-140 lbs. I have a bunch of loose skin around my middle & the icky mommy apron (4 kids in 8 years).
One thing I've noticed on plastic surgery sites (the only way to get rid of that skin) is that many people who have massive weight loss & get work done still have a very boxy shape to their waist. I know that I need to lose the rest of the weight to really reduce the size of my waist & I have made huge progress there since I started--I think I was 52" at the beginning & now I'm 37". What I'm really looking for are exercises that will help me create a true waist indentation after the fat is gone. My measurements are weird--41" hips, 37" waist, 34" ribcage (underbust). Currently the only exercise I do is walking on the treadmill. I built myself a treadmill desk so I can play on the computer & exercise at the same time.
If you could give me links with specific instructions on how to do the recommended exercises, I'd be grateful. I'd love to do them at home. Honestly, for some reason, I'm just scared to go to the gym.

The best way to prevent loose skin is to burn fat SLOWLY and PROGRESSIVELY.
You want to start doing heavy compound movements like squats and deadlifts to burn the fat and get fitter in the best and most effective way. The New Rules of Lifting for Women is a great start and so is StrongLists 5x5.
