I wasn't entirely sure where to post this, so here goes...
I'm in recovery from Anorexia Nervosa, and have reached a healthy weight, and then a few kilos more...
Am wanting to GET RID OF those extra few kgs!
Does anyone have any tips on how to go about losing a few kilos without relapsing into my eating disorder?

Honestly, I would talk to a professional about that. I am sure that he/she could help you out as well as keep track of everything with you to help prevent a relapse. Great job so far on recovery!0

Please make sure you are ready to proceed towards a healthy and fit lifestyle. For someone in recovery, seeking professional help and asking them this question would be preferable over asking people on an internet forum.
Eat well. Lift weights. Lift heavy. Don't overdo it. Eat for your body's NEEDS, not your mind's WANTS.
That's my advice.0
