Been on here about 9 months, never really knew you could actually add friends and socialize on it till recently. Always would just log in track, log out, so now would be a good time to start getting more active on this I guess...lol.

    good for you, my song is about the same. Have been on for about 6 months. I log on with my tablet, so the full site is not as viable like on a computer. One night I logged on the computer and here I am....

    Yea it's weird like a whole other world. I never had a pic or anything then one day I went to community and saw there was an actual forum lol!

    Me on the other hand - I jumped in with both feet! As soon as I started logging my data I looked around the site to see what other people were talking about so I could get some pointers & I'm so glad I did! I know if I have questions or problems I can either look for the answers or post the question & in a short while someone will come back with help. I've made friends who are on the same journey as me & know what I'm faced with. We encourage each other to post our food & exercise and if needed motivate each other to stick with it when things got tough. Those are some of the benefits I get from the site.
