  • 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 cup blueberries
    1 medium bananna
    5 large strawberries

Combine all ingredients in a blender at around 10:00 and puree - Keeps you full until around 2:00!!!!!!

I still eat a South Beach Living High Protein Peanut Butter Bar at noon though!

    Coffee with Fat Free Creamer
Hard Boiled Egg (Have a ton after Easter)
    4oz Yogurt
    1/2 C Blueberries
    Approx. 230 cals

I usually save the yogurt/blueberries until 9 or 10 so I can get through my morning without snacking.
