Hi you can add my if you like, because i also need some support
currently i am trying to excercise as much as ik can
my schedule is 2 a week aikido 2 a week krav maga and i am try to fit
in some weighttraining and cardio (tae bo or step aerobic on youtube)

Hoi woon je ook In nederland, ik kan wel wat support gebruiken
mijn schema is 4x sporten en daarnaast stukjes van 30 minuten
ik woog 73 maar ik was laatst weer aangekomen toen ik stopte met low carb en meer ging sporten.
