Wanted to know what is a good work out and what good foods to eat while on diet ? Sturggling to lose 30 pounds any one else have any good advice on staying on the right track

    Well my suggestion is to start with eating more whole grains and try to cut down on the processed foods because they tend to have a lot of salt. There are a lot of different things you can do but ultimately it's more about changing your lifestyle and not a diet. Make little changes that you can stick with. I try not to cut out any types of food groups because your body needs it but I do cut back on certain foods and try to be sensible. Foods that have a lot of protein and fiber will keep you full longer so you're not tempted to snack and make sure you drink a lot of water. Your body is made up mostly of water and it needs to be hydrated in order to function properly.

    As for exercise, start out small and build your way up. You don't want to go hard and then burn out. If you're not currently exercising then I would suggest starting with 15-30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. It can be anything from dancing, walking, playing sports, anything that gets your body moving and your heart rate up. Once you get used to it, increase the time of your workouts.
