My typical protein drink following my strength training class was RTD 100 Calories Muscle Milk Light. I have noticed that it is no longer on the store shelves and has been replaced with RTD Evolve Protein Shake. Evolve has more calories (110 v. 100). Evolve also has less protein: MML has 15g and Evolve has 12g. Evolve has more carbs MML: 3g and Evolve has 13g. Evolve has more Sugar: MML: 0 and Evolve 7g. I can't figure out why this new protein shake, Evolve from Muscle Milk is better than the RTD 100 Calories Muscle Milk Light. Does anyone have any insight why Evolve would be better than 100 Calories MM Light? I am baffled and frustrated by the change.
