Cambell's soups

I realize these are full of salt, but every once in awhile, I like a bowl of low fat cream of mushroom. My question is this: the calorie count for 125ml is 70 - is this after the condensed soup is mixed with water or the for 125 ml of it still condensed? Thanks in advance!
Tried to edit the misspelling of Campbell's in the topic line, but can't do it!

Good question. I believe it's before adding water, at least that's how I log it any ways.

Wouldn't matter if you're using water. There are no calories in water. If you used milk instead of water you would need to add the calories from the milk.

I guess the best way to work it out would be to look on the back of the can.
How many serves does it say there is in a can.
How many ml in the can.
so eg if it says there is 2 serves and it is 250ml can then it would be 125 ml of the condensed can is one serve.
so there for the calories per serve would be for 125ml of the can before adding water.
