If I don't have then I can't eat it...

I usually keep snacks around, but I have found if I don't have them at easy access I don't feel like going to buy anything. Instead I have chilled cans of fruit and I'll snack on half of a can when I get the urge (ie. pineapple, fruit cocktail, peaches and even pickled beets, all followed with a 4 oz cup of water) It has helped phenomenally. :happy:

    Absolutely! We don't have chips or ice cream in our house anymore. The BEST way to resist temptation is to avoid it!

  • Haha, I agree! No chocolate in my house because I will ABSOLUTELY eat it if it's there! I just use my chocolate Shakeology when I get a craving :)

    Definitely helps! I also always try to go shopping on a full stomach so that I'm not tempted to buy the stuff I know I shouldn't have in the house...!
