    I would still work on it outdoors if you can! We have one up here ever year in November called go for the gravy- this year it wasn't too bad- about 30 degrees about 0 but the wind was was about 25-30 mph... last year (2011) it was about 20 deg below 0 but with no wind. It's a challenge but we all still had fun regardless. So depending on what you mean by bad weather- I try not to do a lot outdoors when it's really icy- It would really set me back to fall and get hurt so I'm careful with that (bad knees already). Otherwise any activity will help keep your muscles going!

    I can handle going up to 2 bad conditions (cold, wind, wet, dark) but not more than that.
    Sometimes just go for less time. I have also jogged in place and up and down my short hallway.
