Question!!!!

Ok so I did some exercise Yesturday and recording it on MFP it said I burned 280 calories...on the tredmil where it was recording my heart rate it said I burned 420 calories...does anyone have any idea which is more accurate?

    I would go with the one that tracked your heart rate, although for best accuracy you are better off getting your own personal HRM
