This pic on the right was at 182.
Eating clean, 30 mins of cardio 6x a week.
No fried foods, fast foods. Of course I slipped up but I kept going. The most effective workout for me was the 30 day shred. And running on the treadmill for an hour at 3.5-4.2 mph. Breakfast, water, fruits for snacks. We can all do this man!


Btw, I'm 21. 5'6.
